blindFind released for Apple Watch

Now, you can use blindFind on Apple Watch. blindFind for Apple Watch includes the same features as blindFind for iPhone.

  • List landmarks in your vicinity that have been equipped with a blindFind box.
  • Access information on these landmarks and their vicinity.
  • Have the blindFind box play an audio clue to locate a landmark.

You can do this at the flick of your wrist, even when you can’t take your smart phone with you. It’s especially convenient when visiting a public swimming pool, for example the Schwimmsportkomplex Freiberger Platz in Dresden or Stadtbad Sömmerda. blindFind has been installed add both of these swimming pools to help visitors who are blind or partially sighted to find their way at the entrance, in the changing rooms, and right to the edge of the pool.

Just as on iPhone, blindFind on Apple Watch can be used with Siri as well.
