DeutschFrom now on, visorApps also develops apps for Android. Blind Android developer Eric Scheibler joined me in August. He shares my vision of making the world more accessible to people who are blind or have low vision.
Like me, Eric has earned a degree in computer science at the Dresden university of technology (Technische Universität Dresden). He has specialised in developing apps for Android. Being blind himself, his first-hand experience of the needs of blind and low vision users strongly informs his work. As one of his first projects, he has begun work on a new app. More to be revealed soon.
